Today's Transmitter and Receivers are better than ever before. Modenan engineering and manufacturing practices make these units extremely reliable.

However, one thing has remained the same, the crystals. These little gems determine what frequency you are transmitting on.

RC Hobby Center carries Receiver and Transmitter crystals for today's equipment. When ordering PLEASE make sure that you are ordering the proper crystal for your receiver/transmitter. Crystals can not be returned.

If you are thinking about changing the frequency of your transmitter. Contact the manufacture to make sure that it can be done. Some manufactures will require you to send the radio to them for the change, some will recommend that you go a certain amount up or down from the current frequency.
